Privacy Policy

This page describes what happens to personal data when you use serafimivanov.com, book a call, or write to me. I am Serafim Ivanov, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, and I am the person responsible for that data.

The website
This is a static site. There is no account, no checkout, and no form that stores what you type on my server. A few other services run when a page loads:
- Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it. It processes technical data such as your IP address, browser, and the page you requested. Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts supplies the typeface. Your browser contacts Google to download the font files. Google's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics (measurement ID G-ZJ1L5J266P) records which pages are opened and how the site is used: pages, device, browser, approximate location, and a cookie that recognizes a returning browser. I use it to see whether the site is being read. It runs when the page loads. You can block it in your browser, or use Google's Analytics opt-out.
Booking a call
The calendar on the homepage is Cal.com. If you book, you give Cal.com your name, email address, the time you pick, and anything you type in the form. I receive that booking so I can prepare for the call and reply. Cal.com's privacy policy.
Messages you send me
If you email [email protected], or message me on WhatsApp, Telegram, or LinkedIn, I receive what you send, along with your address or profile on that service. Those services process the message under their own rules. I use what you send to answer you and, if we work together, to do the work.
Business emails I send
I email people at companies about lifecycle marketing. The data is a name, role, company, and work email address, plus the email itself and any reply. How to opt out, and the rule that an opt-out is permanent, is on the Email Outreach & Unsubscribe Policy. I keep a record that you opted out so I do not email you again.
Client work
If we work together, I may see data inside your tools: your CRM, product analytics, or customer emails. That data is yours. I use it only to do the work we agreed. Your own privacy notice covers your customers. This page does not replace it.
What I do not do
I do not sell personal data. I do not build advertising profiles from it. The site is not aimed at children, and I do not knowingly collect their data.
How long I keep it
- Messages and booking details stay while we are in touch, and for a while after, so I can answer a question about the conversation. Ask me and I will delete them, unless I still need them for a contract or a legal claim.
- Opt-outs stay on file so the opt-out holds.
- Analytics data is kept by Google under the retention setting on my Analytics property.
Your choices
Email [email protected] and say what you want. You can ask what personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct it or delete it, or ask me to stop using it, including for analytics or for email. I answer within one business day.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. In Georgia, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Service.
Where the data is processed
I am based in Georgia. Cloudflare, Google, Cal.com, and the messaging apps process data in other countries, including the United States. I use them to run the site, take bookings, and reply to you.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. The current version is always at serafimivanov.com/privacy-policy.html.
